Hi, I’m Marc
As a proud veteran, I’ve carried the values of dedication and service into every part of my business journey. After my time in the military, I wanted to continue serving in a new way. When I moved to Owensboro in 2019, my goal was simple: bring something fresh to the community with food that is healthy, high in protein, and packed with flavor.
When I discovered Acme Chicken Bowls, I knew it was the right fit and became a licensed operator to share it here. What I love most is being part of this community. From supporting fundraisers to partnering with local businesses, I’m proud to serve Owensboro through both food and connection.

From One Truck to a Family of Four
Meet four nations on wheels
What began with Acme Chicken Bowls soon grew into something bigger. We teamed up with other small business owners in Owensboro to create Four Nations on Wheels — a collaboration of four food trucks representing Japanese hibachi, authentic Filipino food, Mexican street fare, and protein packed American chicken bowls.
